CVO $4$ (Dollar for Dollar) Program
Newcrest supports CVO employees in their efforts to raise money for charitable causes.
For approved fundraising activities, Newcrest will donate a dollar for every dollar raised by a Newcrest employee from CVO inducted staff.
A minimum of $100 must be raised, up to a maximum of $1,000 for national charities and $5,000 for local initiatives.
For example, if an employee participates in a fundraising event for the Cancer Council and raises $850 from the CVO workforce, Newcrest will match this amount by donating $850 to the Cancer Council on behalf of all its employees.
